We have 14 function rooms of various sizes which between them cover 2,300 square metres of event space. We are incredibly versatile and can host a wide range of events from weddings to parties and dinners, small meetings to large conferences and everything else in between.
Meetings and Conferences
Our corporate market is a key part of our business at Pavilions of Harrogate whether it’s a board meeting, conference, award dinner or exhibition. We can create events in a theatre and cabaret style and with 14 pillar-free rooms to choose from, we have ample space for breakout rooms as well as for registration, refreshments and networking.
We have free parking onsite for 500 cars, private lawns and panoramic views across the showground from our first floor President’s Balcony.
There’s plenty of space of team building exercises and we can offer versatile catering options from buffets to BBQs.
Roadways throughout the showground can be used for test driving and demos and both the Calder Room and Wharfe Room have vehicle access.
Pavilions of Harrogate is the perfect venue for large and small conferences thanks to all of our rooms being pillar free. Harrogate is a renowned conference destination and there’s a huge choice of accommodation, locally. Our location and proximity to the motorway network as well as plenty of free car parking makes us an excellent choice for larger conferences.
The Wharfe Room is our largest room and is ideal for up to 320 delegates in a cabaret style while the adjacent Aire Room can be set up for registration, networking and refreshments during breaks. Both rooms have access to the private lawns allowing delegates to take breaks outside. The Calder and Derwent Rooms are ideal for conferences of up to 300 delegates in a theatre-style setting or work equally well as breakout areas for the larger conference rooms. Pavilions of Harrogate offers a selection of day delegate packages that include room hire for the main plenary as well as separate room for registration and catering.
Day Delegate Rate
With 14 rooms to suit 2 to 600 delegates, Pavilions of Harrogate is the ideal meeting and conference venue. All function rooms have natural daylight, black out facilities and free wifi.
Outside we have several areas for team building activities – so be as creative as you like. We promise it will be easy to organise, ready when you arrive and we will give you a manager for the day to look after your every need! And did we mention that we have free parking for over 500 cars?!

Pavilions of Harrogate is well used to hosting a wide range of exhibitions, public sales and auctions. The Wharfe and Aire rooms and Calder and Derwent rooms are both great options for hosting large scale events and we can offer three phase power as well as being ideal for a shell scheme exhibition or a simple table top show.
Moving goods in and out of the venue is made simple thanks to plenty of parking on the same level as the main exhibition rooms while loading doors lead into the main space. The marketing team at Pavilions of Harrogate supports all exhibitions and public sale events by tapping into social networks as well as publishing to web diaries and advertising at the entrance to the Great Yorkshire Showground to ensure maximum exposure.
