Located in the heart of the UK, Doncaster Racecourse is perfectly placed. Minutes away from the A1, M18 and M1, we are able to offer generous free parking areas for up to 3000 vehicles. The East Coast Main Line from London takes just 90 minutes, with several direct services per hour. Robin Hood Airport Doncaster Sheffield is less than seven miles away and both Leeds Bradford and East Midlands airports are within easy reach.
Our generous conference and event space spans five floors. Taking centre-stage is the Exhibition Hall, which offers a highly versatile 3400 square metres. For smaller occasions, our numerous contemporary suites feature partitions to provide the full flexibility your event may require.

Offering 3,400m2 of space, The Exhibition Hall sets the bar high. It’s the size and scope of this place that will really impress. Our largest and most flexible of spaces, the opportunities in this room are as endless as your imagination. This vast area is used frequently for a number of different purposes: from trade shows attracting over 10,000 visitors to product launches, large-scale conferences and awards dinners for up to 1,600 guests. The Exhibition Hall is situated on the ground floor of our Grandstand which allows easy access for loading. Electricity supplies from 13 amp to Three- Phase can be positioned in any location, while we are able to source a range of staging and audio equipment to suit your requirements
The Premier Suite is a classy multi-purpose area located on the third floor, where the floor-to-ceiling windows allow for stunning views across the racecourse and beyond, offering superb natural daylight. This comfortable, stylish and versatile space works well for medium-sized conferences, smaller exhibitions, training events or corporate dinners. Plasma screens are located throughout, while the suite features two bars - perfect for serving lunch or refreshments. The adjoining Brocklesby Suite makes the ideal breakout room when used as part of larger conference.
The Conduit Suite is popular for smaller conferences and exhibitions for up to 250 guests. Located on the second floor, this area offers the same facilities as the Premier Suite but on a slightly smaller scale. Step outside and a sheltered terrace area can be used as an informal breakout space or catering area for your guests, with the adjoining Owners and Trainers lounge providing a handy further breakout space.
The Nijinsky Suite is the ideal facility for a variety of different events. This first-floor room is popular for mid-sized meetings, break-out zones, product launches, briefings and research groups. The space benefits from a dedicated food court, should you wish to arrange catering for your event. Nijinsky also benefits from direct access to the main entrance and Exhibition Hall via two escalators.
Doncaster Racecourse benefits from a total of 40 Private Suite facilities. These rooms are the perfect addition to your conference as breakout areas,or for board meetings, smaller conferences, interviews and training events. The majority of suites boast floor-to-ceiling windows creating a light, airy and inviting atmosphere. Sliding doors open out to a balcony or terrace, offering stunning panoramic views across the racecourse grounds.
The Royal Suite
This perfectly private retreat certainly lives up to its regal title. Seating up to 150 delegates theatre-style, this area is ideal for smaller conferences, training events and corporate entertaining, while room partitions can divide the space to suit your requirements. The sunlight which pours through the huge sliding doors showcases the enormous horse racing feature wall, which always creates a real talking point amongst our many guests
